About me

I'm a freelance multimedia journalist and talent buyer driven towards amplifying voices in the music industry. In journalism, my main area of expertise are character-driven long form interviews with artists. Additionally, I have experience covering music festivals, concert photography, writing album reviews and feature pieces.I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with degrees in Journalism and Communication Arts. On campus I acted as the Music Director at WSUM, a Talent Buyer and Press Director for the Union's music department and the Editor-in-Chief of EMMIE, the student music magazine (check out our 2024 print issue here) all while booking local shows in my free time.With tons of experience in writing, event production/promotion, press relations and talent buying, I'm looking to continue work in the music industry.Whether you're an artist or a local venue I would love to work with you!
